PROGRAM MAP

Results Execution Program develops a variety of managing and business skills with specific focus on strategic planning and corporate culture, recruiting and retaining talent, leadership and supervising. In addition to that, the participants receive training in personal management skills (goal setting, organizational skills, time management, team work etc.)

The key element of the program is to create a consistent meeting rhythm for the leadership team and create a culture of accountability around execution.

Certificate of Completion:

Each participant is responsible for all readings, assignments and tasks and is evaluated upon completion of every module on a 100% scale.

Program Lengths: 6 months

Training Hours: 40 hours

Method of delivery: Blended: a combination of virtual weekly session and quarterly full-day classroom sessions

Target Market (4 hours)

Objectives of this Execution Module:

  1. Clearly define the Target Market.
  2. Identify the Target Market customer’s greatest needs in the industry.
  3. Learn about Key Benefits and the ways to address the greatest needs.

Brand Promise (4 hours)

Objectives of this Execution Module

  1. Explore the importance of Brand Promise that differentiates a brand from the competition, and resonates with the potential customers in the target market.

Competitive Landscape (8 hours)

Objectives of this Execution Module:

  1. Conduct a Competitive Landscape analysis using Porters Five Forces model.
  2. Use the result of this analysis to challenge, confirm or inform strategic priorities.
  3. Identify any knowledge gaps, and develop action plans to close these gaps.

Goals and Targets (4 hours)

Objectives of this Execution Module:

  1. 5 Year financial targets.
  2. 1 Year financial targets.
  3. Quarterly financial targets.
  4. Key Performance Indicators.

Strategic Priorities (20 hours)

Objectives of this Execution Module:

  1. Use the organizations Vision to develop a long-term strategy.
  2. Learn how to identify the 3-5 year Strategic Moves (priorities) to support the execution of this strategy.
  3. Learn how to apply Current Reality Assessment using a SWOT structure.
  4. Use the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats as input into the identification and selection of 1 Year Execution priorities.
  5. Learn how to identify the short-term (12 month) execution priorities that support achievement of 1 year financial targets, and progress towards 3-5 year targets
  6. Learn how to identify the near-term (90 days) execution priorities that support achievement of 1 year financial targets, and progress towards the 1 year Execution Priorities.
  7. Measure execution of these strategic priorities and progress towards long-term vision.
