When we think about coaching, our minds often leap to an image of a professional sports coach. The public image of the coach is only part of the job description. Like many business leaders, great coaches need to fulfill many critical roles in order to have a winning team.
On October 5th, Dave Dickenson will discuss his experiences with:
- Evaluating and selecting top talent
- Managing players and staff so that everyone is on the same page
- Handling obstacles and unexpected changes
- Managing a team without having absolute authority and being the final decision maker
This event is intended for ambitious, open-minded business leaders – owners, CEO’s and senior management – of firms with 20-300 employees.

quarterbacks and receivers.
